One of your techs at the dealership accidentally broke my rocker panels putting my car on the lift for an oil change. It did take me 2 seperate trips to have it fixed, but you all did an excellent job replacing and repairing my car. You supplied me with a loaner car and you detailed my car before returning it to me. Accidents happen, but the way it was handled was superb. Service manager, Brandon, at the Collision Center was helpful and professional. I will continue to have my car serviced here.

As of right now I am giving them a 4 star because I just bought a 2011 car for a good price that doesn't seem to have major problems. Jordan was very professional and even offered water while I waited on paper work to be processed. The car I bought was just traded in a few hours ago so they didn't have time to detail it, but he offered to have it done within a week. If he turns out to be a man of his word, I will change my 4 to a 5 star.

I had a great experience with With Coyle Nissan Collision Center. My 4WD shifter knob was dislodged into the center console of my Nissan Armada and Mike was able to fix it in under 5 minutes. Best experience I have ever had at a dealer or service center. These people are great and I would recommend them to everyone.

My truck sat in the parking lot for over a week, parts were ready to go. This was not communicated to me and this is my only vehicle. Don’t use this shop. The owner knew work had to be done on their floor and this would limit their work. Would NOT recommend.
